## 黑名單

此處列出的軟體嚴重損害了使用者的合法權益，因此強烈不建議使用

## 拉黑標準

1. 在自身安裝包中綑綁其它有害軟體的安裝包（對於網路下載或綑綁其它軟體安裝包，但目標軟體具有完善移除功能且無害、無明顯惡意行為的，本列表額外註明，但不會加入黑名單）
2. 收集敏感資料但隱私權協議未註明，隱私權協議缺失，或將隱私資料向第三方洩漏/出售
3. 明顯弱化系統安全性或穩定性的應用程式，如後台植入、破壞系統檔案、惡意修改根憑證等
4. 無法以自身設置取消的返利連結捆綁或首頁綁架
5. 存在其它已知嚴重損害使用者利益的行為
